XIC are experts in design, print and digital solutions and have been in business since 1986. Based in Aberdeen, they work in a wide variety of sectors across the UK, with clients ranging from the legal and financial sector to local authorities, educational establishments, SMEs, as well as global energy companies.
Realm Fire and Security has been working with this client since 2019.
Their challenge
XIC’s Managing Director, Murray Alexander, was looking for a new provider for a full set of fire and security services, fire risk assessments and fire training for his business. Some of these services were already provided by Realm and he was extremely pleased with the level of support, and the quality of the care and attention his business received from them. He decided that the time had come to bring all his fire and security provision under one external supplier and felt Realm Fire & Security was the right fit for his business.
Our solution
Realm put together a comprehensive proposal that demonstrated the benefits of working with them as XIC’s single provider. The scope of the contract includes maintenance of all fire alarms, fire extinguishers, intruder alarms, and emergency lights, as well as the monitoring of both fire and security alarms. In addition, Realm provides fire risk assessments and fire training to ensure that XIC complies with the latest fire regulations.
The outcome
Murray Alexander said:
